Schedule
Week and day boards, approvals, pending requests, and season series on the same ice.
www.icebooking.ca
One schedule for every sheet of ice. Teams book online. Venue operators run the week, the rates, payments, lobby TVs, and the embed on the rink website.
IceBooking is the week board for rink ice. Youth winter, adult winter, public skating, rooms, and holds sit on the same sheet. A booking can be one hour or the same hour through the season. Tentative and confirmed ice holds the hour; a decline or cancel opens it again.
For teams
One account can rent ice at one rink and operate another.
For venue operators
Request to operate a building, get approved, then start a 30-day trial. After that the venue plan is $30 a month. You only see your building.
Week and day boards, approvals, pending requests, and season series on the same ice.
Name each rink, open hours, flood bumper, change rooms, and the weekly rate card. Copy rates between surfaces. Holiday adjustments for statutory days and special dates.
Ice agreement, abut discount, flood rules, who pays when, and priority for people who joined your rink.
Connect the Stripe account you already have. Share e-transfer details when a contact pays that way.
Displays for the entrance or change-room hallway. Now and next, team names, rooms. Public URL on www.icebooking.ca.
Drop an iframe or script on the rink site. Visitors browse this week and future weeks — view only, no booking from the embed.

An hour needs a rate before it can be booked. The rink requests payment on a booking; the team pays that amount by card and the booking is marked paid. Holidays can cost more or less. E-transfer instructions can be shared for contacts who pay that way. IceBooking does not send a separate invoice product.
Operating a building is its own plan: trial, then $30 a month. Stripe processes the cards. You keep the payment request and the paid booking on the ice.
Sign up, follow a rink, or request to operate one.
