Terms of use
IceBooking Inc. operates IceBooking, a schedule for rink ice. These terms describe the product. They are not a law-firm contract, and they do not replace the ice agreement a building asks a team to accept. See also our privacy page.
Accounts
You need an account to follow a building or to run one. You confirm the email before signing in, and you keep the password to yourself. A platform administrator supports the product and is not a venue operator.
Buildings
A venue operator runs one building: the sheet, the hours, the rates, and who else operates it. The building’s own rules cover floods, dressing rooms, spectators, and when ice that is not cancelled is still paid. Booked ice belongs to that team only for that time.
Payments
A building can connect the Stripe account it already has and request payment for a booking. The team pays that amount by card, and IceBooking marks the booking paid. IceBooking also offers a venue operator plan, a monthly subscription after a trial. Stripe processes those card payments. IceBooking does not issue a separate invoice.
The schedule
A booking can be one time or the same time through the season. It can be tentative, confirmed, or cancelled. A cancellation opens that time again. What you see on the sheet is the building’s record of who has the ice.
